PHASE ONE
“First Step Toward Stability”
150 sq.ft. Cabin | Veteran’s Sanctuary
This first phase cabin provides a safe, dignified shelter where homeless veterans can decompress and begin to refocus their lives among fellow soldiers who understand their journey. Though modest in size, it is supported by a shared community resource center offering showers, meal preparation, and group support. Within this small community of like minded souls, it serves the spiritual, medical, and physical needs of each resident. This is where healing begins — a quiet place to breathe, to rest, and to rediscover purpose with caring individuals walking alongside.
PHASE TWO
“Place to Belong Again”
300–600 sq.ft. Home | Growth & Mentorship
Once a soldier has had time to heal and is ready for a more individual setting, they may transition into a 300–600 sq.ft. dwelling that offers expanded privacy while preserving the community connections built in Phase One.
This stage represents growth, confidence, and mentorship. Residents are now in a prime position to walk alongside new recruits entering Phase One — offering guidance, encouragement, and shared experience.
The home provides space for reflection and self reliance yet remains rooted in the same supportive environment that fosters belonging and purpose.
PHASE THREE
“Home for a New Chapter”
1200 sq.ft. Cottage | Independence & Renewal
With adequate time and at each individual pace, residents may choose to reconnect with family or step fully into independent living. This 1,200 sq.ft. premium cottage offers the next chapter — a place designed for stability, comfort, and long term wellbeing.
Built for affordability and resilience, the home features:
• Low maintenance construction for affordability
• Super insulated walls to reduce operational costs
• A healthy indoor air system to stimulate healing
• Sound protected interiors allowing for reflection
